Tradier Brokerage launches fully paid securities lending
22 August 2025 US

Tradier Brokerage has released its new fully paid securities lending (FPSL) programme, available through the latest Web 2.0 platform update.
This feature will allow eligible investors to generate passive income from their existing long equity and ETF positions without selling shares or changing their investment strategy.
According to Tradier Brokerage, a North Carolina-based independent subsidiary of Tradier, FPSL traders and investors can lend their fully paid equities and ETFs to borrowers for short selling when those securities are in demand.
In return, the lenders are able to generate a potential new stream of income by receiving a portion of the lending fees.
Dan Raju, CEO at Tradier, states: “This launch is a step toward helping our customers do more with their portfolios and benefiting financially from it.
“With FPSL, we’re putting Wall Street tools in the hands of everyday investors.â€
The programme is available to eligible margin and cash account holders who own fully paid securities.
