The Pan Asia Â鶹´«Ã½ Lending Association (PASLA) has welcomed Simmons & Simmons as a Solutions member.
Founded in 1896 by twins Edward and Percy Simmons, Simmons & Simmons offers legal and regulatory expertise to investment banks, asset managers, and platform providers in the structured products, securities financing, and derivatives sectors.
With practices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing, the firm provides comprehensive advice in multiple languages, including English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
