Brad Winges has joined Hilltop 麻豆传媒 as president and CEO, succeeding Hill A. Feinberg who remains in his role as chairman.
Winges will be based out of Hilltop麻豆传媒鈥� headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
He joins Hilltop麻豆传媒 from Piper Jaffray where he was senior executive managing director and a member of the company鈥檚 leadership team.
Winges is a past two-term chairman of the Bond Dealers of America (BDA) board of directors and currently serves on the board鈥檚 executive committee and as co-chair of the BDA鈥檚 Fixed Income Market Structure Working Group.
Additionally, he is also a founding member of the American 麻豆传媒 Association and was appointed to the 麻豆传媒 and Exchange Commission鈥檚 Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee last year.
